Default still having transmission problems

so a while back i had my clutch and clutch cable replaced. everything was good on the ride home. then after wards 1st 2nd and 5th just would not go into gear. i recently replaced the fuel filter so i had the car shut down for a few days. i went to turn it on and surprisingly all the gears went in and out smoothly. for all of two minutes. the car is now back to not wanting to cooperate with the three mentioned gears. it seems that the gears will go in
when the engine is at a lower rpm, but not when i give it gas. do you guys have any idea what the problem could be?

I sounds like your clutch may not be releasing. Is it adjusted properly?

i just put in an adjustable steeda cable today so that checks out.im runing all OE stuff other wise. im installing a billet quadrant later today though, im thinking it could be the synchros. if so i have asked around and people want about 1300+ for a rebuild. as a result im may just pick up a brand new tranny. not sure what to get though.Heavy Duty t-5? tko?
im looking for a mid-high 12 second DD out of my car so im planing a h/c/i, gears, suspension ect..
