Question 1993 4 Cylinder Conversion

How hard would it be to swap a 5.0 into a 1993 4 Cylinder mustang?

I already have the "donor" car.. I was looking at a 93 4 cyl for $1000 in basically mint condition.

Would it be worth doing?

I have never done such a conversion but I would say go for it. The 4 cyl will accept the V8 without any problems. The K member would have to be changed, the computer, transmission if you want a manual car. Based on the car being in mint condition you will have a great looker. I would say for it!!

You do not need to change the K member it is the same. Since you are going carb it is a pretty simple setup but you will need to run a Fuel Pressure Regulator to cut the pressure down for the carb.
