93 GT Headliner- How to Fix

Hey Guys I need some advice. I was looking to buy a 1993 GT with a sunroof and I noticed that the Headliner was very wrinkled around the front corner area's of the sunroof. Is this easy to fix or is it a big deal and how much should it cost me?
