I second Ace for the best bolt section around my house. I went to both Lowes and Home Depot searching for bolts without any luck. Ace had every one I needed in grade 5, 8, stainless, and chrome. And my Ace is 1/1000th the size of the big box stores.

I used arp 12 point black coated ones from summit. I believe the carbed intake bolts and EFI ones are the same length for the lower.

Well since I work at Home Depot, I'll just grab one of the bolts and match it up as I know our bolts in that size are grade 5 and up.

Thanks guys, that's mainly what I needed to know is if an HD bolt was sufficient enough.

my intake is only torqued to a max of 17-19lbs,(if i remember right) so you dont need anything to heavy duty.

last time i tore my engine down though two of the lower intake bolts snaped, same bolts that came with the intake. POS things.
i need to replace them all next time i tear into it.
