Default Fuel pump question

Since i have upgraded my carb to a 670 holley and weiand intake i am debating to change over my fuel pump. I currently have the stock pump which is mechanical. I was thinking about either going with a higher gph pump but i have mixed emotions on what to do either go with a holley mechanical or electric. Has anyone seen a difference in converting over to electric. If so what kind of performance did you encounter and also what psi should my pump be set at.

imo I would just leave it like it is you don't really need to upgrade the fuel pump until you hit a butt load of power
