Ok so I talked to my buddy again, n he is now saying that if I want the car that I will walk away with it paying 300. He just wants it gone. So even for 300 the body is worth that much n parts right? Im thinking about picking it up from him either way and if it fixable awesome if not part it out and make some money if that possible? Here is 2 pics from his phone that he sent me what do you all think.

oh so its an 86... is there any difference in the motor from 86 to 89, or is it still the 5.0?

OK so I went and looked at it on monday.. The tranny was good from what it looked like, but the motor was seized. My buddy and a few other guys I know from around there said that it was indeed running amazing when the parked it, so im guessing they are just seized from sitting to long. Is it fixable or is a total loss?
