Well, I have an '89 LX 5.0 which is in the middle of a re-build. However, the frame for the convertible top is completely broke in two spots which won't allow the top to go up. I know most people are going to say "junkyard" for this, but I've called every yard within 150 miles of where I live (central Fl) and either the frame has already been sold or the frame is cracked too. I'm assuming it's a common problem? Anyhow, would anyone have an idea on where I might be able to find one?

I got mine off Ebay. I have an extra one if you are interested. You will need to put your latches on it.

i'm kinda curious were it broke. Got any pics? i guess i need to start lubing all the moving parts on the top.
