Default Wheel offset

Hi need some help im kind of stuck im planing on getting some new wheels for my car but im stuck with the offset there is a set of bullitts on ebay there for the 94-04 new body 17x9 with a 24mm offset for the front and 17x10 with a 27mm offset in the rear .The guy at the store cannot garrantee that they will fit .im running a five lug set up sn95 spindles in the front and ranger axles out back i know i have to remove the quadshocks for th rear to work and i know the bolt pattern will work but im stuck on the offset i don't want the wheels to stick past the fenders maybe someone is running this set up any help is greatly appreciated.

stick to a 17x8/17x9 combo
