I have a 94 gt and the radiator wont build any pressure and the car temp stays in the middle or a little higher also had cap off and seen some what looks like oil in water comes up to top and makes little rings in coolant but no water in oil ... Have put new cap with no change help please
Oil in the radiator is not a good sign. There's a good chance you have a blown head gasket. Before, dismantling the motor, I would run a compression test to make sure.

.....radiator won't build pressure??? as a liquid is heated, it expands and such done under pressure raises boiling point..........so is car overheating???
No the car has only got to the a in normal and will go back down to half... The oil maybe from the shop I went to, they picked up the old coolant jug and added water witch wasnt much at all
Well yes but not like a wire short but just starts to rise and as soon as Im at the speed I want it goes back to half and stays or just a little lower ...I let it idle in the yard for 30 min and stayed at half
the gauge may be overly sensitive or it could have a faulty head gasket, but above all you need to verify your low and high speed function for the cooling fan operates as designed
