the #19 was AMAZING for the stock computer. the B303 didnt really agree with my computer at first, but the #19 was awesome. both had good power to 6200 where the stock limiter was. the B303 might have had a little bit meaner idle, but both cams let other people know that you had something special under the hood. just dont get too cocky with LS powered F bodies quite yet, itll hurt your ego too much. wait till some AFR's come your way then go HUNTING!!!!!!!!!
oh, when i had those cams i was on Thumper ported E7's and a TFS Track Heat with a 70mm TB and 75mm MAF. i had that setup (both cams included) for about a month lol.

I owned a 2002 a while back, The 5.0 has such a more useful power curve than the 4.6. I outrun 4.6's, maybe its the driver or tires or IDK. I do know this tho-I have alot more fun and def feel more power in the mid range than i did with my 02'.

geeze seems like youve switched setups a few times, im guessing your currently running a 331? The LS1's are pretty quick, my dads friend has a LS1 berger camaro and that thing is a monster. So im guessing that the AFR's stand up to the hype and price tag

Most STOCK LS1's will run constant mid 13's at around 106mph. A lid and exhaust will push them to the edge of 12's. I honestly do not see a 302 H/C/I Mustang keeping up with a bolt-on LS1, not saying it can not be done. Heck, a full bolt-on and cammed LS1 will give me a run for my money. My advice, skip the AFR's(for now) and throw on a Holley Systemax Intake and a Vortech SC(you can get them used for $16-1800). When I threw on my H/C/I, I was never fully satisfied. The car was quickish(ran 13.1@105). But it was nothing special. But with the SC, the feeling of boost is great. Anyone with a SC will tell you this.

never was really a fan of forced induction. the top end rush is nice, i like the satisfaction of going fast au natural...
my heads and cam (oops, 9.7:1 pistons sorry i forgot to include them in a lot of races ;-) put me about dead even to 1-2 cars ahead of an M6 LS1. i had 3.73's and a T56. if the F body sprayed i was done (obviously).
i never got around to doing the 331. it was the original plan once my 1st motor cam out, but i got a killer deal on a D9AE 351W block that i made a nasty 357W motor with. i was thinking about going 331 now, but i decided to go 408W because excessiveness is just enough for me ;-)
