Default carbureted 94 gt

so i scored a good deal on a edelbrock 650 and a victor jr intake. and i need to know what all has to be done to make the conversion. and how would i make vacuum for the brakes?? any help is greatly apreciated thanks

Vacuum is dependant on camshaft duration and lobe seperation. Thats the wrong carb for that intake.
