You said you pulled no codes. Did you try pulling codes when the car was on? If not, I would give that a try too.

Sorry to Hijac the thread but mine is something similar and don't know all the codes!
111-Pass code??
165-?
536- Brake On/Off swithch so I replaced it, shouldn't cause it anyway! Checked the TPS sensor and is in range!
The coil is suspect. The secondary was on the low side @ 7.2k-ohms and haynes says bottom is 7.7k-ohms. We were close to 10m-ohms on the primary winding to case test. The coil wire is less than a foot long and it was a 4000 ohms. I don't exactly remember the coil's primary resistance but it was in spec.

May be fuel related. Did this just start happening or did it progress? If it has been slowly progressing it could be bad fuel injectors and a fuel pressure test will not show it. You need to run KOEO/KOER tests, check fuel pressure, and read the plugs.
