Default Electric or mechanical fan on 5.0 in '66

With my '93 5.0 HO EFI in my 1966 'Stang, what's the best way to cool this 5.0 with AOD? Just add an aluminum 4 core with inlets/outlets reversed that fits the '66, shroud and mechanical fan or do I go electric??

shroud and mechanical is one fool proof way of getting it done. Most of the time you have to buy an expensive electric fan to get the job done well enough. That is unless you can score a nice one at a wrecking yard off of a junk car.

mark 8 electric fan, DCC controller.

my mechanical fan was fine, but couldent keep up with my BS mod's.
i havent had a single cooling problem sence the upgrade, clean's up the engine bay with the smaller shroud, free's up a little power, and better gasmileage
