Have you pulled codes using a Code Reader?

Okay, I KNOW that you have already gone through this and I am not trying to annoy you with this. However, did you set the TPS sensor correct. Here's an interesting website regarding the TPS/IAC.

Gotcha! Couple more Q's? Does the car die on you when you are driving? How does it accelerate? When did you last change your plugs? Sorry about the random questions, but I've been in the same situation like you many times and these cars can be a pain.

no the car don't die, but when I push in the clutch to shift the RPM's want to hang, also when pulling up to stop sighs or red lights, when pushing in the clutch it will idle around 1000-1200 RPM's for a few seconds then idle back down then starts to what i call detonating or sounds like a little knocking sound.
It accelerates good at times then other times it fills like I'm pulling a trailer behind me.
The plugs and wires were changed about 3 month ago. Ford Racing Plug wires and Motorcraft plugs

Okay I am going to try and eliminate every possibility. I would take your TFI module out. It's in a silver box in the passagender fender. Take it to Autozone and have them test it for free. Also, when you pulled codes, did you pull them with the car running? You will usually get a better signal that way.

when you said earlier i pulled codes and everything was fine. meaning did it pull any codes or nothing at all? becasue even when you dont have codes you will still get the "all clear" code. did you at least get that? if you didnt your computer may be messed up or you didnt do the test right.

hows the o2's?

I had the car off the first time to see if there were any stored codes, then with car running and the only thing i get was 111 all clear code.
I will go today and do it again to make sure, then i will take the TFI out and do to autozone.

That is normal EEC "dashpot idle control" behavior when the VSS input is ≥ 6 MPH.... IOW, you don't have a problem to fix there since it is expected EEC control logic. The "detonating or sounds like a little knocking sound" needs a better description. LUK
