Bad Harmonic Balancer. Whats involved in replacing?

my balancer came right off without the puller... so...

That puller is awesome. How come Honda cant be that easy? I bought the holding tool and you still need lotta torque to gets theirs off. Anyway, had to remove the radiator fan and I could'nt remove the key cause the new balancer came with a new one. On the old balancer, the key way is at around 5 o'clock with the pointer at 0 TDC. The new balancer's key way is at 2 o'clock so my timing was definitly off. Now I have to find compression TDC.

why? the damper only goes on one way

Done. Had to reindex the dis slightly. Started right up and was smooth. New pickup coil and balancer make a huge difference. I torqued the balancer bolt to 95 Ft lbs. Could'nt really get it tighter.
