I pretty much know how to do nothing you just said, but i will let my friend read this thread he knows what hes doing...ill let you know what happens. Thanks for the help!

Well i had the stang out today and my dad played with the carb a little today...he went half turn leaner on each screw then i would go to 5 in first then get to 10 in second and give it about half throttle, it sputtered once and then pulled, so he did another half turn and it did good again but on the way back to the house i did the same as before but it sputtered pretty bad....any ideas?

Aright, did a little more tuning, and the best spot i found was 2 turns out of where the screws were at when i bought the car..., it still sputtered, but very little, and when it did there was a faint pop, but once it cleared the car pulled like a beast, but the sputtering is not gone, im starting to get annoyed with this. If i cant figure something out i might have a speed shop take a look at it, which i really dont want to do.

Oh where should the fuel pressure be? It was between 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 psi throughout the day of tuning.... If you need the full list of mods on my car to tell me how it should be tuned i will post them up..

5.5 is a good place to set it at, you need to use a vaccum gauge to set idle bleed screws for accuracy, anyway, if the hesitation occurs on part throttle acceleration as I stated before I'd play with the accelerator pump circuit by either putting larger squirters on or change the delivery rate through pump cam switch to one with an initial quicker ramp on the pump cam

Just got off the phone with the previous owner, he said hes going to come down next weekend probably and help me tune it, he said the squirters in the carb need to be turned down or something, i cant wait untill i can just step on the peddle and just let it GO! haha.

run a koer test and check for codes first, if none look for vaccum leaks^^^^
