Clutch Cable?
#11
New OEM cable, stock quadrant(which is adjustable if you know how), ford HD clutch, and 3.08 gears... I could chirp it every time I wanted to.
There are a couple things that could be affecting your ability chirp em.
1) You have tires with a decent bit of traction and the amount of power your stock 5.0L is putting out can't chirp the tires. Chirpin' em is basically traction loss...
2) You are not shifting fast enough, period.
3) Maybe your 5.0 is old and worn, and not producing enough power to chirp it.
4) Your clutch is slipping.

Thanks for giving me a straight forward answer and not roasting me like some others.

Well I have a stock clutch which slips sometimes, stock gears, and my engine is pretty beat, but I can chirp the tires when I shift fast. The thing is if you can get it in to gear fast enough and there is no slip you should be able to chirp em. The cable is used to get it into gear only, does not affect how the clutch clamps down.
