just start unpluging fuses till it shuts off and go from there. its gettin power from somewhere.

does it ever go off?

dang.....go get a haynes manual and use a wiring diagram....if you can read a wiring diagram you can trace the circuit point to point with a test light and in 15-20 min prob will be solved. find all the circuits tapped off fuse 16 and see how the relate to inst cluster lighting

sp the fact that the inst cluster lighting is supposed to be on fuse 4 and it is on fuse number 16 is fine
