Talking 2 Questions...

Does anyone know how to test the chip on the back of the cluster for the fuel gauge? I believe its called the anti-slosh chip. I read another thread on how to test the fuel gauge sending unit harness and etc.. but nothing on how to test the gauge or chip? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just getting tired of not knowing how much gas I am burning through...lol

2nd question is one that has been asked over and over but I cannot find the thread the answer was in. So sorry in advance for the repeat question.

I have FRP lowered "c" springs and Strange ADJ shocks/struts (summits kit) and I am getting tire rub. With the lowered suspension, what size front and rear can I go with. I have stock 16" rims. I am thinking its 225-50-16 front and 245-50-16 rear?? <--- with the rear I have to remove Quad shock? I have BBK to install for upper and lower in the rear. (used but still in good shape..lol)

Thanks for all help with these questions.

I run 245/50/16 on the rear and 225 55 16 on the front, as addermk2 states, you'll be fine as for anti slosh module what was ones problem isn't always anothers, most common prob is sending unit in the tank , back at the tank is the harness, unplug it and get a few resistors and hook it in series.

Ya that was the thread I had read to test the sending unit. I just wanted to know if there was any other things I could test if it wasn't the sender.
The tires I was referring to were the ones I thought I would need to use. Currently I have 225/60/16=F&R Just couldn't remember. With the 245 in the rear, does that give enough clearance for the quad shock or will I need to remove? And or will I need them with BBK uppers and lowers and the suspension I mentioned earlier? Thanks....
