Im thinking about buying a 5.0 there a 90 mustang with long headers h pipe with no cats straight pipes everything is good about it idles nice but when im reving in nuetral over 4 grand a lot of blue smoke comes i mean a lot looks like i did a 20 second burn out. is this usual for a 5.0 with no cat's and straight pipe please help me!!

i was getting alot of blue smoke from a vacuum line not hooked to the map but i dont think 90 maf uses map vacuum

Yea but doesnt blue mean burning oil period hopefully might be a bad pcv valve or something minor not internal

if its dumping smoke out i wouldnt count on it being something simple unless your pouring oil into the cylinders.

check the pcv valve first, if it's fine it may be an internal ring seal or valve seal issue
