Im looking into buying a new maf since im now using an anderson pms i need one tuned for my injectors. Question is should i and do i need to get cold air tuning one what is the real difference in there tune for the maf between one and the other? Also the transfer function sheet, what do i need and use that for?

Unless there is a way i can use a lightning maf that ialready got but anderson said i could not but they could just be saying that to try and sell me a new one.

i have C+L MAF meter housing you just use the stock meter

and you can just change a 15$ tube if you do more mods etc

the numbers in that sheet are the calibration slope that you need to program into your pms. You will also need the 4-6 connector.

and yes, you CAN use a lightning meter on your car. OnyxCobra is running one right now

lol I'm using a 90mm Lightning MAF on my car as well. I'm not sure what those guys are talking about.

you dont need to use a calibrated maf for injector size. I can take a stock maf and make it run 42# injectors..

all you have to do is alter the maf transfer function in the ECM so that it reads the maf appropriatey
