My 92 5.0 makes a squeaking noise in the rear part of the engine. The noise stops however when I touch clutch (not engage it all the way just push it down a fraction of an inch. What could this be? If you need more details ask.

replace the throw out bearing for the clutch as well as the pilot bearing
