Professional Electrical Help PLEASE

You need to get power to the ECM and pull codes. If you can get a code from it, and it's a hardware failure code of some sort, then the ECM is jacked(at least). You may have to take it to a shop to try and find out if you don't have any way to retrieve the codes yourself. In cases where the ECM got fried it can take an Indian rain dance to even get the thing to spit out a code. First make sure all your fuses are good, like was mentioned before. Once you know the fuses are all good then you know the power is getting where it's supposed to, and you can go from there. If after that you still get nothing then it's gonna require some advanced diagnostics to figure out what's going on.

Is there any driveway work i can do before i do that?
Also, why is the selenoid making the dryer buzzer noise when the key in "on" or cranked?

replace 1. your ignition switch in the steering column, THE ELECTRICAL SWITCH, NOT THE KEY CYLINDER YOU STICK THE KEY INTO.
2. YOUR TFI MODULE ON THE DISTRIBUTOR.
You should be back in business.

sounds like maybe the ignition switch is messed up cause you said when you turn the key to run the solenoid kicks on. maybe unplug ignition switch and try to hotwire. also to see if the starter or solenoid is bad just jump a wire on the starter solenoid to see if they work. (usually a small red wire with a black 90degree rubber boot on it that connects to the solenoid unplug and run a jumper to a positive cable should turn on solenoid and starter motor) if starter doesnt work jump the two large terminals on solenoid with thick metal or wire.
