stall problem
I wanted to thank everyone that posted a reply on this topic,I was really impressed that there is people with the same problem as I have and I do think its the dizzy so my next buy will be that...I have already replaced the coil and the TFI so other than the pcm the dizzy is all thats left,so soon as I get the money Im hoping for a good ending of this crazy problem....Again I want to thank everyone

I had the exact promblem, the cuase was of the problem was the stator ($15 dollar part in the distribtor). Once the engine got hot the stator will fail, once it cools it may work again. Luckly for me it got to the point like you where it just failed and would not work at all.This is a common fail on Ford 5.0 for 94-95
To change the stator is easy just pull the distributor and remove the driven gear, this will allow you access to change the stator.
