yea i had a buddy back in highschool who had a spring flew out and broke his humerus....how ironically not funny that really is.

yes im lucky me and my 2 dogs werent hurt it was so frustrating o and just a tip for any one who tackles this project in the future , since i was doing this alone i had the car jacked way high the control arm has to hang way low and when i set the spring in the tray i couldnt pick the control arm up high enough on my own to get a jack under neath it to jack it in to place, so i found my engine hoist worked great to pick it up high enough. just ran a chain around the control arm and i was all set also, if your not careful you wil look like this --->
