Well, Im at a loss guys, I really need your help, if I could get a pic or two of the radiator area. Maybe its the alum radiator thats throwing me, but I cant , for the life of me, figure out this sh$t. How does the fan shroud connect to the radiator? lol

Chances are your new radiator will not have the same set up as the stock, so you going to have to be creative in attaching it. I used a steeda radiator mount from 50resto.com to mount my aluminum radiator (bolted it in yesterday) but i am using a taurus electric fan so am unsure if it would differ from the stock 5.0 shroud

Those are for the A/C Condenser. Be the two mounting blocks at the bottom of the rad support, in front of the rad. Since you removed A/C you don't need them.

Can't help you with the fan shroud, my car never got it back after I tore it down & restored it, electric fans now-a-days

Now I got the shroud fastened to the radiator, but I cant get it to sit right wout hitting the fan. @$@#%#$^$%^%
