ill do that ether test today. i got that cork gasket and i set everything pretty good. nothing moved when i set it. i did use the end pieces and maybe not enough rtv but ill check that and the hoses in a bit. thanks for the help

it could also be the gasket between the head and lower plenum. i had that happen once. make sure when you spray the cleaner or starting fluid you have the thin straw to really pinpoint the leak.
