Default how much???

how much can i advance the timing on my 88lx from the stock 10 degrees, but still be on the safe side??? would i need to change anythig like spark plugs to do so?? i will be going fi in the next year, but just want to add a lil pep for the time being. thanks

13-15 is usually the standard with premium fuel, you'll have to experiment and see if it pings

yeah you should be fine but around 14* or keep raising it slowly untill u hear pinging. You will have to change to a higher octane fuel aswell.
