Default Quick rocker question

what is the standard rocker stud size for a 90-93 5.0, like 5/16 or 3/8? are there any benefits to going larger like 7/16, you would obviously have to buy a new head stud kit right? Also is there any aligning done with ford rockers?

No not that i know off,but i never have heard of a problem dealing with the factory hardware,so really there is no need to try to upgrade to a larger diameter bolt.
