today i had my uncle install a kit that converts from r-12 to 134a. but the thing is when we were re-filling the system we checked the pressure and it was in the red zone. what i also noticed was that the refrigerant was not going in to the system but was actually building pressure inside the canister. when we unplugged the hose some refrigerant shot out at high pressure. i've re-filled my other cars A/C system fine but this one i don't know. could it be a fuse. i would like to fix A.S.A.P it's hot as F*** in So Cal. plus my convertible top motor gave out.
