pretty much replacing frame rail you drill out the spot weld measure to make sure they are in the right place and plug weld it all back together it just takes time

Thanks dude, team Z k-member came in today, so since the bottom shock tower that goes into frame rail is mostly gone I went with .120 2x4 and will trim off tower and weld to top of rail . the original is 1.25 wide and is not straight but looking at other vehicles there does not seem to be any clearance problems.
