101st reply.......Start with the cheap and easy...A few of my cars have run like.... similar..... and I use an Octane Booster 135 Octane 1 liter and it seems to eliminate the surging....New filter 89 Octane still I run This and its gone instantly....Just throwing in my nickel.........
