Default Wierd idle issues

When I start the car, my gt idles normal at about 850-900rpms my timing is 12* so I can understand it being a little higher than normal. It drives normal and the rpms drop back down normal during up and down shifting except for when I take the rpms above around 2600+ especially when I get on it. Afterwards shifting normally my rpms actually jump or stay steady instead of dropping. Even when I come to a stop light after getting on it, the idle will hang up around 1500-1700rpms and not drop until I start to take off again. I have returned to my stock throttle body size and I have a speed density set up. I have checked and re-checked all of my vacuum lines for leaks. I do need to replace my t-5 (no reverse) and when I disengage the clutch, I hear a whine like my pilot bearing is going out or something. I figure its just my IAC since I've checked everything else, but any insight would help. And yes I've already cleaned my IAC and TB.
