I'm about to buy new door shells for my '88 but the shells I'm buying were for a car that had hand cranks for the windows while my car has power windows that still work. My question is will everything for the power window door transfer over to the hand crank window door?

 

You would be better off getting power window doors. Simple for the fact of having everything placed right when swapping them over.
