Default 95 mustang radio

So i was trying to change my radio today to a new HD radio. When I was in the process of doing this though I accidentally let one wire hit another when i plugged the battery back in to check and see if i had done it right, there was a big spark and the radio, dome lights, and clock all lost power, I checked the fuses and unless im mistaken none of them were blown, I am going to recheck that though. Also when i turned the radio on before the spark it had power but i was unable to get any sound, I bought a new wire harness and matched up the colors, the only problem was is that i had two extra orange wires coming off of the new wire harness that had no where to attach to, one of them said dimmer on it the other i couldnt find anything on it. However that is the least of my concerns right now as I cant even seem to find out why all of my stuff has no power, which should be the fuse if im thinking right but cant seem to find it. If anyone can be of any help that would be great.

I plugged in the amp and one other chord in for power, it had a clamp so you could put two wires in, I'm not completely sure what the other chord was, they were two blue chords though, it might have had something to do with antenna which doesnt really make sense but the tag on the chord with the clamp said something about the amp and antenna

Went out this morning and checked all the fuses but one blue fuse that i couldnt get out and replaced any that even looked like they might be blown. Still no clock, dome light, or radio power (besides the buttons). Could this be something other than fuses?

Yes i checked all of those fuses except for the larger ones figuring that the large ones would not affect the interior
