Ok, there are a bunch of small lines on the bottom side of the upper intake. What are these for? Can I plug them. I am putting this motor in a mud truck. It is a 5.0L with gt40 upper and lower. Also I removed the heater core coolant tubes, how should I cap off water pump? Do I need to run both small lines from water pump into intake like shown below? Or could I just run the one into the water neck, and cap the other at the water pump?

I would run the heater hoses as you have them in the picture. You only need the fuel pressure regulator line off of the intake as well as the pcv valve. You can plug the rest if you don't have an evap system or power brakes.

^Yup, I only have two hoses coming from my intake. One is to the pcv and the other runs to my vacuum tree for the FPR, Brake booster, and a Vacuum reservoir.

The vacuum lines on the bottom of the gt40 intake are bigger than the stock one. The fuel pressure regulator line is to small for any of the other plugs. Is there an adapter or how is everyone else hooking them up?
