you can only push out as much air as you can take in. since the stock e7s are very restrictive upgrading to a cam really isnt needed. and in alot of cases adding 1.7s or 1.72s helps out alot more along with advancing or retarding the cam.

i would upgrade valve springs even if you just did the rockers. you dont valve float and nor do you want a bent valve
