Default Help with Smoke issue

Before winter, i started my stang up to put in the garage. Huge cloud of white smoke came blowing out the tailpipes. It would do this at every start up. Few months later(today) i decided to tear into things. I noticed that my crankcase is 2 quarts more than what i put into it. How can i tell if that is fuel or coolant. My coolant is topped off, so i dont think its coolant. Therefor hopefully eliminating bad head gaskets. If its fuel related, Where Should I Start? Everything on this engine is farely new, so id find it hard to believe that and injector would be shot, unless its a bad ecu, which i read on some other threads. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
