Default 87 mustang gt

what's up, I need some help i dont know much about mustang, but i like them I have a loud noise coming from my tranny its a 5 speed when i push down on the clutch pedal it goes away any suggestion, also i want to add more ponys to the motor like bolt ons i want to get close to 400 let me know if you have any ideas.

throwout bearing. You're not going to get 400 with bolt ons...

tob is bad as stated, replace it and pilot bearing and clutch while in there
