Default car shaking ??

i just changed the oil in my 90 lx 5.0 for the first time as i just got the car not too long ago. first of all barley any oil came out of it but the dipstick said there was still oil in it. so i poured a little new oil in to see if it would come out the bottom and it did. so i figure my dipsticks a liar and i change the oil filter and put in 5 quarts. i thought i felt the car shaking a little when i drove it after that and today its shaking a lot. im wondering if it has something to do with the oil change somehow or what. i ckecked the lug nuts because it felt like maybe a wheel was loose but theyre all good. also its started leaking coolant. im not super smart with cars yet so any info is appreciated ! thanks

One question for you. You did drain all the old oil out I hope as the 5.0 has the two drain plugs on the oil pan. Other wise you have way too much oil in your Mustang. Since this was your first time, I would guess you drained the first part of the pan next to the front of the engine, but the main drain plug is farther back on the oil pan. Good luck.

You forget some people aren't car people, just look for one drain and stop looking when they find it
