I did the swap. (my speedometer was off just so you know) you need
1) Flexplate or flywheel, whatever you call it
2) Starter index plate (the plate that goes between the engine & transmission)
3) Shifter
4) Linkage
5) Transmission cooler
6) Cooler lines
7) Torque converter (if the transmission doesn't have one in it)
You may need a tv cable depending on whats done to the transmission. Mine didn't use one, but it was a built C4 (always shifted at 2100rpm no matter what the throttle position was in)
Don't quote me on this, but I think you may need a tune too. I've heard swapping from a T5 to an auto will make the engine run lean.
Someone please jump in if you see something incorrect, this is all I can remember from my swap.
