MAF Conversion help
I bought a kit awhile back for my 88'GT with a motor out of a 90' that came with
A9L Computer
E9ZF-12A650-A2A
MAF Sensor
F1ZF-12B579-AA
AFH55-03B
I installed the wiring and took it to a specialty mustang shop to do some work, well they went ahead and threw in the computer and couldnt get the damn thing to start.
Do you see anything wrong with the computer and MAF sensor that could prevent it from starting? The vacuum to the intake was capped as well.
Its a 1988 Mustang GT hardtop with 19lbs injectors
Spliced into SD harness.
Oh and when they say splice into the lines, do they mean leave the existing line connected and add the MAF harness line into it so it would be a 3 way wire or cut the wire cap the harness end and have 1 wire from the computer to the MAF sensor? Would it help if I bought a harness outta a 89 - 93? would all the same connections be there? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/89-93...Q5fAccessories
