Default Mass air conversion question.

I just converted mine and its runnin and idles well. My only question for now is, can the two pins your relocate for the "Thermactor" be removed all together? I dont have a smog pump, cats and all that extra junk that comes with it.

Someone must have the answer!

Also, I started her up today and shes idleing nicely but there is a half second delay in throttle response and my RPM's drop to about 1300 and stay there for about 5 seconds before dropping to idle (700ish) I checked all the vacuum lines, made sure there was no air leaks from the MAF. Cleaned the throttle body and MAF.
Any ideas?

Its an A9L computer supposeably calibrated for 19lb injectors.
