Smaller oil filter?

he clearly state that it just barely doesnt fit in where he needs to get it. His sig says he has a 351w, so my guess would be that he runs drop mounts, and the filter hits the swaybar.

regardless, he asked for a shorter filter... not your "expert" opinion on possible reasons WHY he needs the shorter filter.

Early 90's the N.C. Highway Patrol used Mustang. Had oil cooler and used Motorcraft FL-300. Reason for the shorter filter on it was the room used by the oil cooler. Bubba

he didn't intend to GIVE his expert opinion, he just asked why it doesn't fit.
