Okay, this has been a long time problem and I intend to get it fixed asap.

My passenger's window has not worked. There have been a few times that the window has gone down but other than that, nothing. My driver's side works fine.

I have opened up both door panels and unhooked the motor from the passenger door and hooked it to the drivers side and it works fine. So the motors are both okay.
Neither the driver's or passenger's window switch will pull down the window, but I have seen the motor jump or turn if I tap the down switch on either side repeatedly.

I have no idea what to do and hopes someones know how to fix this.

I am guessing that I am not getting power to it. I have everything opened right now and I am trying to get it fixed soon so if you have an idea, please let me know!

Only thing I can suggest is get a Haynes manual and look at the wiring diagram.
