Default 94 gt heating up

ok im having a lot of problems with temp, it has a new thermostat. my fan is working. there is a lot of pressure bulid up. like is there maybe too much or not enough anifreeze? could it be my water pump? any input would be helpful. i did at one point put antifreeze in it cause i had intake and one of the heads off so i refilld it and changed oil.

What was the reason for removing the head? Was it overheating before you did the work?

no it wasnt overheating, a bolt broke in my head when i took the intake off. so i had to take it to get removed...

when you put coolant back in the car. Was it straight, or 50/50

50/50 but well now more smoke is coming out the side of the head i took off and water is coming out my exhaust on that same side as well.
