I'm new here.....so be easy on me......I see lots of comments about Fox Body Mustang's......What is a Fox Body?

HAUS is correct for the years.....also they are ones that look like "boxes" on wheels. Like mine. The only thing that really changed on the outside is the look and structure of the front and the rear (slightly).

^^^ correct also. 79-86 they called them the 4 eyed and 87-93 was more of an aero style.

i personally like the 86 year the best cause of the front ends and the fact they have true dual exhaust and first year for the fuel injected 5.0. they just look more aggresive to me.

To each their own...I personally like the "aero" look better. Don't get me wrong the "4 eyes" looked mean...but again like I said: each person likes their own opinions.

Although I didn't know that any of the foxes had true "dual" exhaust.

in 86 they started using the H pipe. 85 they did make dual mufflers and tips but i guess they used a Y pipe and in 84 and before they just used a singel muffler

Well it looks like I'm driving a Fox Body......87' GT Convertible 5.0 ....Thanks for info gentlemen. So heres the next question....What subframe manufacturer would you recommend?
