Cam help
hey all, been a while since I have been on here. but been busy also. anyway finally pulled the motor out before winter, and been buying parts over the cold snow months to put a motor together for spring. gettin down to final parts and main piece missing is the cam. its gonna just be standard 302/306 after machine work. forged pistons from dss for trickflow heads. the heads are the 170s with the upgraded spring package. part number
TFS-51400004. anyway. since i have a 94 with a more picky computer, i was considering the steeda 19. its been quite a while tho since ive looked much into cams, so maybe ive missed something better thats come out. i know best bet would be the custom route, but just seeing if there is an ots cam that would suit me well. not lookin for all strip use, but will start seeing more than it has. needs to be able to drive without to much idle issues. basically its a gonna be a hci 306 with a 5spd and 3.73 gear. any imput on the matter is much appreciated since this and some minor gaskets/fasteners are the final parts for the build. thanks guys

you could always retard the 19 by 4* and have a little bit of fun with the 1.6;s too
