Question trans question

hey guys sorry if this has already been answeres elsewhere. im not a 5.0 guy, i have a v6 new edge, but i have a cousin rebuilding a 91. he wanted me to ask if there were any newer 5 speed trannys that he could put into it and what if any moddifications would he have to do to get them to work. thanks for any and all imput

Simple answer: any tranny he could possibly want to bolt to that motor probably has an adapter plate of some sort available aftermarket, or will bolt right up.

Tell your cousin to pick what he wants first, then find the way to put it on.

i agree figure out what u want and go from there its usualy input shaft length and you can interchange
