Default 1995 SVT Cobra 5.0 cam position sensor

I own a 1995 SVT Cobra 5.0L. I am having a hard time researching about the Cam Position Sensor. I was wondering where it might be located on the car. Ive had several people tell me different answers.

doesn't have one, it has a stator/hall effect sensor in the dizzy that Id's tdc

Wait a second, is that a regular TFI dizzy or is does it provide cylinder 1 ID as well??

AFAIK, its a TDC signal only. I didnt inspect the reluctor wheel when I had mine apart, to verify the spacing between all the teeth.

im having the same issue in my 95 5.0 gets to running temp and dies. i noticed the stator looks like a few teeth had scraps like was rubbing also pick up had a magnetic pull with battery disconected of course.. is that bad?

pull the distributor and make sure the bushing is not worn out that houses the shaft

different plug from a fox and the TFI is mounted on the apron to try to solve the heat problems of it mounted on the dizzy
